1. Starting a Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • To begin, contact us at support@remmily.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 72 hours), we’ll confirm via email.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, final posting may take an additional 3–5 business days.

  • To help us process faster, please include photos or videos if your product is defective or damaged.

3. Return Scenarios

a) If You Change Your Mind

  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • We will refund the product price only (original shipping fee is non-refundable).

b) Defective or Faulty Products

  • Send us clear photos of the issue at support@remmily.store.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

  • After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

c) Damaged on Delivery

  • If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately.

  • Contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to provide a replacement or refund.

d) Wrong Item or Size Received

  • If you received the incorrect item/size, contact us right away.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and once the item is returned, we’ll send the correct item or issue a refund.

e) Missing Delivery

  • If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, reach out to us.

  • We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a full refund or replacement.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no cost.

  • Once shipped, standard return conditions apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-measure curtains are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.

  • Clearance or final-sale items may also be excluded from returns (noted on the product page).
