At Rem Mily, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and flexible payment experience. Please review our payment policy below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (via Stripe): Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), JCB.

  • PayPal: Use your PayPal account or PayPal Guest Checkout.

  • Checks: Personal or business checks are accepted. Orders will only be processed once the check has cleared (5–7 business days).

  • Money Orders: Make payable to Rem Mily. Orders are processed once the money order is received and verified.

Note: All transactions are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). For international orders, your bank may apply currency conversion or processing fees.

2. Secure Payment Processing

  • All card transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant, encrypted payment gateway.

  • We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

3. Payment Authorization & Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed once your payment has been successfully authorized.

  • For check and money order payments, orders will be confirmed once funds clear.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment is declined, please ensure that:

    • Your billing details match your payment method.

    • Your card/account has sufficient funds.

  • You may try a different payment method or contact your bank for verification.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • We take fraud prevention seriously. Any suspected fraudulent orders may be canceled without prior notice.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated, and we reserve the right to dispute such claims with supporting documentation.

6. Late / Unpaid Orders

  • If a check or money order is not received within 10 business days, your order may be automatically canceled.

  • Verify billing details.

  • Try another payment method.

  • Contact your payment provider.
