At Wall Mily, we are committed to providing not only premium-quality curtains but also excellent services that ensure your complete satisfaction.
1. Installation Service
We offer professional in-home installation service to ensure your curtains are properly fitted and displayed.
Free installation is available for orders within on US.
For other areas, a small service fee may apply.
2. Warranty
All curtains and accessories are covered by a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects (fabric, stitching, rails, hooks, etc.).
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or lack of proper care.
3. Return & Exchange
Customers may return or exchange products within 7–14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Customized or made-to-measure curtains are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Customer Support
Our customer care team is available: 9:00–18:00, Mon – Sat via email support@wallmily.store
We also provide maintenance & care guidance for your curtains to extend their lifespan.
5. After-Sales Care
Customers receive a free fabric care guide with every purchase.
We offer replacement parts (rails, hooks, accessories) if needed.
Special discounts are available for loyal customers purchasing again.
