1. Order Processing Time

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00, Chicago) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after cut-off will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Each order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping ($7.99 USD): Delivered within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time. (You can update this if you plan to expand later.)

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Tracking allows you to monitor your package and get real-time updates.

5. Peak Season & Unexpected Delays

  • During holidays, sales, or peak periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

  • External factors such as customs inspections, severe weather, or courier delays may also impact delivery times.

  • We appreciate your patience as we work with carriers to deliver as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or multiple addresses per order.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Taxes & Fees

  • We believe in transparency: the price shown at checkout is the final price.

  • No hidden taxes or fees will be added.
